Sea Fan Cottage is a lovely home less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. This beautiful home has been completely remodeled with all new appliances, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and all new furnishings. Nothing was overlooked in the renovation including new flooring in the bedrooms and the addition of cottage style trim throughout. In 2024 a complete upgrade has been done to the main bathroom with a NEW tub, designer tile, NEW vanity and NEW kitchen cabinets with NEW tile backsplash!

It features 2 bedrooms a King master suite and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Also this home features a bunk room for additional sleeping with 2 twins. 2 full baths with one in the master suite includes oversized seperate shower stall newly remodeled with Marble look tile surround and double sink, and the other full bath has a tub and shower combination. Sea Fan Cottage features a new TV in every room, including the bunk room! The house sleeps 6 and is ideal for a family with children, two adult couples, or those with limited mobility as everything is on one level. The spacious living area was furnished to offer the guests a feeling that they have arrived at their home away from home. No attention to detail has been overlooked.

Sea Fan Cottage is located on the second closest street to the beach in the gated community of Emerald Shores. This is an upscale gated neighborhood that meets the true definition of a quaint beach community. You are only a short walk to the beach and there is even a free shuttle that operates seasonally. The community has a private beach cabana with lounge chairs, picnic tables, and restrooms located right on the beach! In addition, the private pavilion also has a newly opened seasonal bar where you can order your favorite cold drinks! You also will enjoy the 2 pools (one heated), tennis court, shuffle board and a basketball goal!

In addition, there are two restaurants, Kenny D's and Captain Dave’s Seafood, in easy walking distance located at the beach right outside the neighborhood!

The Destin area is known as the Worlds Luckiest Fishing Village! Deep sea fishing is very popular and in fact, Destin boasts the largest charter fishing fleet in the State of Florida! The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise!' The Destin area is abundant with Restaurants, bars, shopping areas, Golf, and water sports. For kids, Big Kahuna waterpark is not to be missed. Also popular with the kids and highly recommended is taking a Dolphin cruise.
